Giving the test might be overwhelming and terrifying at first but it is very normal. As there so much to do but if you prepare the right way then it becomes very easy. You should take classes from the TOEFL institute which can help you to prepare on time and get the best score.

How Much Time Is Needed?

One TOEFL lesson is around 1.5 hours. Some students prepare only one lesson per week.  By doing this, the total time for preparation is around three months. But this is not a good practice as it does not give the effective results and the student is not able to make improvement properly. The biggest problem is that it brings a huge time gap between the two lessons.

Even if you have a few months, devote at least 6 hours a week which should include 3 hours of lesson and 3 hours of homework. You should make a proper plan or ask your TOEFL teacher to help you and start preparing according to that. You can decrease the time to two hours but not less than that.

Once you have a proper outline start writing. When you are finished give time to read it again, and then correct the mistakes.
